MARCH PRODUCT UPDATES
- Date : 2 May, 2020
Spring is finally here, so we’ve decided to liven things up even more and roll out yet another update, woohoo 🎉
Take a look at what’s in store:
A much-requested feature, reservation links will now allow you to take payment for a reservation or send a link to your customers for them to pay themselves.
The new ‘Pay Reservation’ button can be found on the transaction page, and you can now update your reservation email template to include a link for the customer to pay for their reservation online without having to contact the ticket office directly.
To set this up just add the the following code to your reservation email template:
<a href=“[payment_url]“>Pay Reservation</a>
A Cleaner Look
We’ve decided it’s time to spruce up Flowte both inside and out! Now you can now choose any solid colour for your background for a fresher, more modern look. Also, you can now choose a solid coloured backgrounds for your online sales flow via Fan Engagement > Websites, using the new background image colour tool.
Organisation logos have been resized to look bigger and clearer!
And lastly, we are working on Dark Mode, so keep an eye out for upcoming updates.
Scrolling Columns in Detail Report
You spoke, we listened – we have now added the option to scroll through your selected columns in Detail Report. So the days of carefully selecting your column visibility are over, and you can select all of them, and just scroll right to view the ones that do not fit on screen.
The data import page has been restyled to be easier and faster to use, and will now allow you to import contact, barcode and transaction databases hassle-free.
Enhanced Privacy Questions
This features will allow you to add multiple custom opt-in questions to bookings. You can add up 3 questions, where an answer can be required or optional, and the response is then saved against the customer’s contact record. This feature was designed with covid-restrictions in mind, and will be especially useful for venues reopening after the pandemic, allowing for questions and confirmations concerning vaccination, covid protocol compliance and other safety measures.
Invoices for Deal Pipeline
Last but not least, you can now raise invoices for deals in the Deal Pipeline, now allowing you to take payment for hospitality bookings, sponsorship deals, private events etc. Great stuff!
We hope you find these updates useful, and as always, you can find more info in the Flowte Knowledge Base, or drop us a line if you’ll have any extra questions or suggestions, we’re always here for a chat!
