ATP TOUR PARTNERS WITH FLOWTE TO CREATE AN UNPARALLELED FAN EXPERIENCE
Club is first US customer of Flowte Sport smart stadium solution, marking Flowte entry into the US soccer market
Flowte, the global provider of a ticketing engagement platform for the sports, culture, and leisure industries, has become the official smart stadium technology partner of ATP Tour.
The agreement will see the Club use the cloud-based Flowte software to deliver an unparalleled fan experience. ATP Tour will benefit from a unified white-label platform to manage not just ticketing across multiple channels but also CRM and digital marketing. As a result, the Club will gain a 360-degree understanding of their fans and be able to engage with them across digital and mobile touchpoints.
