Flowte Platform Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flowte platform and any related applications, services, integrations, and optional payment or ecommerce services provided by Flowte Technologies Limited (“Flowte”, “we”, “our”). By using the Services or signing an Order Form, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Any new features or tools added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

Your specific commercial terms — pricing, billing, contract duration, and similar arrangements — are set out in your Order Form. Where your Order Form and these Terms differ, the Order Form takes precedence. You can review the current version of the Terms at any time at flowte.com/terms.

Flowte may update these Terms from time to time, and updated Terms become effective upon publication on our website or notification through the Services. You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, including Flowte’s Privacy Policy, before becoming a Flowte user.

Return Policy

Review our policy on returns, refunds, and cancellations for applicable services.

Order Cancellation, Refund and Amendment

Order refunds: Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred in any way unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled.

Order cancellation / amendment: Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or the number of tickets changed in any way.

Delivery method amendment: It is not possible for you to change the delivery method you chose when ordering your tickets.

Name change on tickets: Flowte is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience or expense associated with a customer’s failure to request a name change on the order within the prescribed time limit. Flowte reserves the right not to provide this service or to withdraw it completely at its discretion.
