Order Cancellation, Refund and Amendment
Order refunds: Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred in any way unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled.
Order cancellation / amendment:
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or the number of tickets changed in any way.
Delivery method amendment:
It is not possible for you to change the delivery method you chose when ordering your tickets.
Name change on tickets: Flowte is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience or expense associated with a customer’s failure to request a name change on the order within the prescribed time limit.
Flowte reserves the right not to provide this service or to withdraw it completely at its discretion.
