    Club is first Welsh customer of Flowte Sport smart stadium solution, marking Flowte entry into the Welsh soccer market

    Wrexham, UK, the global provider of a ticketing engagement platform for the sports, culture, and leisure industries, has become the official smart stadium technology partner of Wrexham FC and the Racecourse Ground

    The agreement will see the Club use the cloud-based Flowte software to deliver an unparalleled fan experience. Wrexham FC will benefit from a unified white-label platform to manage not just ticketing across multiple channels but also CRM and digital marketing. As a result, the Club will gain a 360-degree understanding of their fans and be able to engage with them across digital and mobile touchpoints.

    Wrexham FC selected Flowte to replace their incumbent ticketing solution in order to:

    • Increase the average basket value through bundles combining ticketing and additional services
